All About You:
The Saft ESS Division proposes Energy Storage Solutions for network services and renewable energies, microgrids for commercial and industrial applications around the world. The Sales Director will be responsible for attaining sales objectives of the company in the US area, managing the direct sales of the organization’s products & services, from market analyses to contract closing. He/she will manage a multiskills team with technical expertise (commercial, bids, application, pre-sales). He/she will also be in charge of developing strategic sales plans based on the company goals to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.Requirements:
Master's Degree in Engineering field10+ years' professional experience in sales and marketing of technical products and solutions (complex solutions / turnkey projects selling process) with utilities, IPPs, developers, financials, and industrialKnowledge and experience in renewable energies helpfulResponsibilities:
Define and implement a commercial strategy to develop & grow the business in a sustainable way - Go to markets / Customer mapping (IPP/EPC/Financial/TSO-DSO...) / Competition analysis, action planDrive the commercial team to ensure the identification of new opportunities throughout the range of applications targetedBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers at executive levelAnticipate trends in the market (regulatory, market opening, applications change)Coordinate the offer, technical and commercial, with the bid manager and application engineers by providing the winning strategyContinuously improve the bidding process by deploying necessary procedures and guidelines to support the sales teamSupport the commercial team in the negotiation with the customers: T&C's, guarantee, ToPBe accountable for the order/margin budget and provide planCoordinate efforts to introduce and communicate new solutions to your marketProvide timely reporting and inputs; tracking sales activities in the CRM, order forecastsWhat We Offer:
