Our client, a prestigious Non-Profit with a great mission, is looking for an Accounts Receivable on their Grants Awards Team.
Requirements
2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable
2+ years of Bank reconciliation experience
Excellent customer Service
Highly Preferred
BS, Accounting
Navision
AR Aging Reconciliation
Donor Fund Accounting
Responsibilities
Responsible for the timely identification and assignment of all incoming wires, credit card contributions, other deposits, and returned items.
Responsible for assisting on invoicing specific customers as requested by other SOI departments.
Notifying and recording bank adjustments including service fees, interest, NSF’s, etc.
Recording daily bank to bank transfers.
Processing and recording credit card transactions.
Providing weekly updates on the status of cash receipts and daily deposits. Communicating major gifts to related departments.
File and maintenance of GL files in both paper as well as electronic form.
Research and respond to any cash receipt inquiries from staff.
Assist with the preparation of monthly schedules as required and other account reconciliations as directed.
