As part of a passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will process invoices for various spaceflight systems and support functions. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of AP invoice processing. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.

We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!

Shifts available: 8:30am-5pm

Work with Procurement, Receiving and suppliers.

Resolve invoicing issues, reconciling supplier statements

JIRA Ticketing System

Microsoft Office skills and Teams

Mail and Emails

Assist with various other payable functions

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Communication Skillsets

Enter invoices

Work with Procurement

Work with suppliers to resolve invoicing issues

AP ticketing

Reconcile supplier statements

Assist with various other payables functions as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in accounting, finance, or similar field or equivalent professional experience

Accurate Ten key and typing

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Basic understanding of payables impact to the GL and financial statements

High attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Able to work independently and also collaborate effectively with various internal levels and departments

Comfortable with a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment

Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years payables processing experience to include enterprise level, high volume payables

Associates degree in accounting, finance, or similar field or equivalent professional experience

Experience with Exostar, Costpoint, Cognos, and Coupa

Experience with Microsoft Teams

Compensation Range for WA applicants:

$20.25-$28.35

Other site ranges may differ.
