Introduction to teamExpedia Product & Technology builds innovative products, services, and tools to deliver high-quality experiences for travelers, partners, and our employees. The Product Manager II sits on the Loyalty Platform Product team in our Product & Technology division of Expedia Group. This team builds the services, data, and APIs to power our B2B and B2C loyalty solutions.

In this role, you will:

Fluently translate technical APIs and requirements to non-technical audiences, and vice versa.

Create business cases for products to enable prioritization; set goals tied to financial results and leading indicators.

Demonstrate strong prioritization skills, using a consistent & defensible framework.

Write detailed functional user stories based on requirements for owned products and features.

Engage actively with key stakeholders across teams, establishing trust, respect, and credibility.

Communicate clearly and concisely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Articulate the product vision and help the team understand the "why" behind the requirements and strategy.

Experience and qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree; or equivalent related professional experience.

1-3 years of product management experience or related experience.

Proven experience in managing product backlogs and working with technical teams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply data insights to product decisions.

Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Demonstrated aptitude for leading in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
