Salary: $220,000 - 250,000/year plus bonus.The Director will design tailored strategic solutions for clients transitioning to M365, utilizing extensive knowledge of available configurations and their complexities. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the development and refinement of service offerings tied to Microsoft 365, encompassing areas such as eDiscovery, Data Lifecycle Management, Information Protection, and M365 Copilot. They will also formulate strategies to safeguard client data using Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Copilot for Security.Responsibilities
Foster and maintain trusted relationships with colleagues, clients, business partners, and vendors.Manage client engagements, identifying key issues, analyzing technical challenges, and presenting strategies and solutions at the executive level.Oversee the technical aspects of projects, providing necessary insights and high-quality analyses tailored to client needs.Delegate tasks and supervise the contributions of non-legal staff, ensuring high performance through guidance and motivation.Uphold professional and ethical standards in all delegated work.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results that stay within project scope and budget.Contribute to the growth of the firm and enhance its brand presence.Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including support for RFPs.Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to optimize operations and market expansion.Cultivate and maintain exceptional client relationships through various marketing efforts, including publications, speaking engagements, and webinars.Respond promptly to client needs and inquiries.Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.Mentor and influence the development of staff, promoting their professional growth.Collaborate with team members to establish objective performance metrics, ensuring consistent evaluations and goal-setting across the firm.Undertake additional duties as assigned.Requirements
Proven skills in technical management, client relations, project planning, and leadership.Extensive knowledge of M365, including:M365 Purview:
Experience with eDiscovery configurations, labels, classifications for confidentiality and retention, and legal hold management.M365 Teams:
Understanding of storage, preservation, and collection processes for litigation.M365 SharePoint & OneDrive:
Familiarity with preservation and collection procedures, and setting retention policies.Background in legal contexts, particularly in information governance and eDiscovery, with experience in Google productivity tools.Knowledge of mobile device management and messaging solutions, including:Preservation and collection techniques for texts and messages.Archiving methods for mobile communications.Experience evaluating migrations from archiving solutions to M365, focusing on preservation and legal defensibility.$220,000 - $250,000 a year
