Employee Relations Manager - Dallas, TXOur Client, a global company with several entities, is hiring for an Employee Relations Manager to join a great team of HR professionals to support over 3500 employees nationwide. The company offers a competitive salary plus bonus incentive and a hybrid work schedule.The Employee Relations Manager will have full oversight of all workplace disputes, partnering with managers and employees regarding matters relating to attendance issues to complex investigations and resolutions.To qualify for the Employee Relations Manager role, you must possess the following:Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree10+ years of employee relations as a focus to include ensuring that all HR local, state, and federal labor laws are being enforcedMUST have experience with employment and labor laws and conducting investigations in the State of CAMUST be bilingual Spanish - read, write and translateUnion experience is a plus but NOT requiredExperience with ADP WFN is a high preferenceMust be open to travel up to 20% nationallyPlease submit a word formatted resume and/or apply directly through LinkedIn.
