GROWING company needs an Employee Relations Manager to lead all aspects of Employee/Labor Relations for the company’s employees throughout the US.
SUMMARY:
Key part of the company’s Shared Services Team working closely with company leaders
Oversee all aspects of Employee/Labor Relations for the company’s employees across the US
This includes resolving workplace disputes, compliance with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, negotiations, grievance procedure, etc.
Lead/coach/mentor one direct report
REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of Employee/Labor Relations experience
Employee/Labor Relations experience supporting employees in multiple states including experience supporting employees in California
Excellent conflict resolution skills
Bachelor’s degree
