SUMMARY:-This role will be a key member of the company's L&D team with a primary focus on improving the professional skills (i.e. project management, idea generation, effective interviewing, time management, etc.) of their employees to ensure the company's continued success- Design, develop and implement a variety of learning processes/programs
REQUIREMENTS:- 8+ years of professional experience- Learning and Development experience- Ability to manage multiple projects at once- Experience delivering training and support to adult learners using a range of methods (i.e., cases, scenarios, lectures, interactive simulations, etc.)- Critical thinking skills/Sound judgment/Quick learner- Bachelor's degree
