Design, develop, and implement the long-term strategic plan for the company’s global compensation programsKey player in helping to create best in class compensation programs and toolsReports to the Head of Total RewardsLeads the global compensation teamWill work closely with company leadersREQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of Compensation experience including a strong background in all aspects of global compensation (i.e., broad based, sales/incentive, etc. compensation)Experience leading global compensation teamsLots of experience working in publicly traded global companiesBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceTo apply, please visit:
