Job Summary:
The Director of Franchise Sales leads growth and market optimization through strategic market planning, effective franchise recruitment, and capital sourcing. This role ensures sustained market presence and expansion by managing franchise prospect education, ownership transfers and franchise agreement renewals. The Director reports to the Vice President of Franchise Development.Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and execution of a domestic Franchise Recruitment and Sales Strategy.
Develop and implement franchise recruitment strategies and plans.
Participate and Represent Xponential Fitness brands at franchising events.
Recruit, interview, and qualify franchise candidates.
Sell development territories to new and existing franchise candidates to diversify the network and meet development goals.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships and communications with all internal cross functional Xponential teams.
Responsible for updating franchise website and sales collateral, in collaboration with the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders.
Coordinate information and documentation flow with development, operations, and legal teams.
Create systems and workflows for franchise recruitment, sales, Development Agreements, Franchise Agreements, renewals, and unit transfers.
Analyze and present strategies for closure mitigation.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to manage the transfers of existing locations.
Manage the franchise agreement renewal process to optimize and maximize market share.
Generate annual non-recurring income through location transfers and franchise agreement renewals.
Attend relevant franchise trade shows and conventions, targeting opportunities to introduce Xponential Fitness to high quality candidates.

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in franchise sales.
5-7 years of experience in franchise business development.
Certified Franchise Executive (preferred).
CRM experience (i.e FranConnect).
Understand Franchise Regulations.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to connect with a variety of levels of leadership.
Highly motivated, self-starter with a strategic mindset.
Must have a demonstrated history of high integrity, respectful and sound decision making in the workplace.
