You will be part of a global marketing team responsible for designing measurable programs linked to business objectives and driving campaign outcomes. Based in our Sidney, Ohio location you will serve as the campaign owner dedicated to our HVACR Americas business.As a Marketing Campaign Lead, You Will:Support the deployment and execution of marketing programs across commercial, residential, refrigeration, industrial, and aftermarket.Design, build and deploy data-driven integrated campaign strategies and plans that engage, inform, and compel prospects and customers to act.As the campaign owner, oversee campaign development and execution and ensure delivery is on time and within budget.Brief, oversee and assign the work of the internal capabilities teams and agency partners who will deliver tactical elements of the campaigns and any associated activities.Seek new and improved offline and digital tools and capabilities that will support the organization to achieve its business objectives.Lead and report campaign performance, analytics, and results to key stakeholders, capabilities teams, and executive management to show KPI results, make optimization recommendations and demonstrate return on investment.Contribute to global campaign calendar and successful adoption of marketing and communications operating systems that are critical for planning, management, and deployment.Flexible Work Schedule:
This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm.Required Education, Experience & Skills:5+ years’ experience in Marketing, Communications or Marketing Campaign ExecutionBachelor’s degree in marketing or marketing related fieldExperience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua)Meticulous in project management and demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple parties effectively to facilitate campaign-related decisions and drive projects through executionStrong written and verbal communication skillsLegal authorization to work in the United States; Sponsorship will not be provided for this positionPreferred Education, Experience & Skills:Experience in campaign performance measurement practices, tactics, and toolsDemonstrated project management experience or certification(s)Our Commitment to Our PeopleAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
