Position Overview:

The Office Manager will possess strong supervisor skills to oversee daily operations of the clinic including, scheduling, reception and administrative support. As a member of S:US you are committed to acting with integrity, as demonstrated by treating people consistently, honestly and fairly to help them achieve their own goals and the goals of the agency.Job Requirements:ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervision of all front desk staff and volunteer staff.Oversee schedule of all management and support staff.Ensure that all authorizations and billing sheets are completedTrack clients that use SCSC services and coordinate outreach efforts.Ensure Corporate Compliance standards are adhered to including ensuring that Privacy Act Notices and HIPPA notices are completed and properly uploaded into EHR systemEnsure all referrals and supporting documents are uploaded into HER system, and maintain program productivityAble to work weekends and evenings as neededCover front desk during staff absences which may require flexibility in work scheduleManage MetroCards: ordering, storage, distribution and reconciliation.Order all program and office supplies; manage SCSC petty cash and other routine expenditures.Provide maintenance Staff with instructions and guidance. Report repair needs to Central MaintenanceReport and track any Office Equipment repair needsTroubleshoot consumer Entitlements problems as related to Medicaid EligibilityReview monthly encounter data to determine readiness for review by Quality Assurance (QA) and for submission to SUS third party billing vendor;Facilitate communication between Billing Specialist in Finance Department and Providers to correct any coding issues in EHR identified in Issue Tracker and/or DenialsProvide reports to the Program Director, Asst Director, Sr. Social Worker/RN, and Regional Director, maintain, productivity, etc.Develop expertise in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to provide training and support to new and existing staff.Responds to consumer needs promptly, accurately and with courtesy and respectRepresents the organization in a positive and appropriate manner to outside resourcesSupports the mission and values of SUS and draws attention to behavior that undermines group effectiveness or is inconsistent with core valuesAdditional duties as assigned
