VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Front Range Community College invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Vice President, Operations (VPO). The new VPO may assume office as early as January 2025.
Front Range Community College (FRCC) focuses on the success of more than 27,000 students annually in classes for college credit, and more than 5,000 people each year in business training and continuing education. The college has three campuses in communities, from Denver's north metro area to Colorado's border with Wyoming. FRCC is the No. 1 transfer institution for the University of Colorado Boulder and Colorado State University and a major transfer school for other Colorado colleges and universities.
The VPO is a newly created position, and the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, collaborative team member, skilled communicator, and consensus builder who will facilitate change and engage the college in challenging decisions. The VPO will provide leadership to Facilities Planning & Management, Campus Security & Preparedness, and Information Technology Services. As a member of the President's Cabinet, the VPO will lead the planning and policy adherence oversight to ensure future planning for facilities, security, and IT aligns with FRCC's swift and strategic growth.

The anticipated annual salary range will be $137,700 - $151,470, commensurate with experience.

RetirementFRCC employees contribute to , which provides retirement and other benefits to employees of more than 500 government agencies and public entities in the state of Colorado. PERA is the 21st largest public pension plan in the United States and is a substitute for Social Security; FRCC employees do not contribute to Social Security. PERA eligible employees are required to contribute a fixed percentage of their salary to the pension. Student employees are not eligible to participate in PERA.
FRCC and the State of Colorado also offer three tax-deferred supplemental investment plans, including 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans.
