will play a critical role in driving the company's growth strategy by leading our capital markets activities. This unique position requires a highly strategic and analytical leader with deep expertise in real estate finance and equity structuring. The successful candidate will also oversee Investor Relations.Key Responsibilities:Capital Markets:Lead the company's capital markets strategy, focusing on equity structuring fornew and existing properties.Develop and maintain relationships with financial brokers, institutions, investors, andother capital partners.Cultivate our existing individual investor base and grow the high-net-worth platform with both RIA and individual investorsOversee the capital stack for each acquisition.Drive fundraising efforts and manage investor relations, ensuring clear communication andstrong relationships with stakeholders.Build and maintain a database of high net worth and institutional investors that matches varying levels of investment return criteriaAcquisitions:Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and risks.Investor Relations:Oversee all investor relations activities, ensuring effective communication andtransparency with existing and potential investors.Prepare and present regular updates on the company's performance, acquisitions, andcapital markets activities to investors.Manage the relationship with the investor community, addressing inquiries and maintaininginvestor confidence.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; MBAor related advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, and acquisitions, preferably within the commercial real estate sector and multifamily.Proven track record of successful fundraising for individual investments, as well as new funds.Deep understanding of real estate finance principles.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Experience in investor relations.Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term growthWhy Join Us:Work with a high-performing team dedicated to innovation and excellence.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement as we continue to expand ournational footprint.
