Job Description: nalyzing training needs of multiple user groups with varying priorities across multiple systems and business processes. Writing and editing technical documentation. Conducting in-person trainings, as needed, for groups across the Commonwealth Developing "how to" documentation for multiple users groups, systems, and processes. Developing curriculums, web based trainings, In-person Trainings and teaching aids. Ensuring training course content, navigation, learning materials, and standard operating procedures are functioning properly and kept current. On line help and troubleshooting. Maintaining documentation for technical and non-technical staff. In-person training to Division staff on emerging technologies. Responding to business partner questions and conducting Stakeholder meetings related to training. Working with technical and business staff to analyze documentation requirements. Maintaining onboarding and certification documentation for internal and external business partners. Evaluating, developing, and executing the overall training approach for the Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange and all associated business partners. Serving as a project leader for the Division of Health Plan Oversight within the Department of Medicaid Services. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, Excel, and Visio). Prior experience in a training role for an IT Application. Two years of professional experience in planning, coordinating, or conducting staff development and training courses, personnel administration or teaching, or professional experience in providing or administering human services or governmental programs. Excellent interpersonal skills and highly experienced at dealing with clients/users at all levels, singly and in groups. Preferred Qualifications: Prior healthcare experience. Prior experience as Training - Business Analyst position for a large scale IT system. Working knowledge of Kentucky Healthcare Programs (i.e. Medicaid). Certified Business Analysis Professional Certification (CBAP) or Training Certification. Strong understanding of SDLC methodology. Demonstrating a high level of working knowledge of Training Methodologies for Adult Learners. Demonstrated process improvement experience. Deliver In Person training to end user community. bility to handle extreme workloads with general direction. Relationship management and facilitation skills. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient problem solving skills. Technical writing skills. Strong organization skills. Must be detail-oriented. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in conjunction with team members. 5+ years working for a large-scale IT systems. Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Robo Help, CRMs, Visio, and Adobe Connect.
