This role works more independently, work is being done in quality control with direction coming from the plant manager.Process field scrap documentsInput layered audits into weekly trackerInput employee communication trackerCreate and maintain supervisor employee filesCollect and distribute mailAnswer phone calls and direct messages, as requiredProcess FedEx dealer documents and delivering on plant floorProcessing of checking Mark Outs for proper completionUpdating daily huddle up slide decksProcess request to ShippersWorking the Inbound TWI's and processing Manual ASN's (Advanced Shipping Notices or Inbound Purchase Orders)Process and manage X-Transfer requests to other facilitiesRespond to RFI's and Field Wires and create PC82 to ship parts when requestedReview and update Scrap and VPI reports as neededResearch and correct Scat Tag issuesVerify locations are set up correctly on IIPAA and make pallet moves and adjustments accordinglyInvestigating various Vendor inventory issues and closing the loop with regards to identifying countermeasures and satisfying the financial aspects for our customers.Weekly Tasks:Calculate and post Paragraph 71 overtime equalization reportPost Local Seniority ListPost notifications throughout facilityDistribute weekly SCAT tag reportTrack and distribute 10-minute audit complianceTrack and distribute finished product audit complianceRun employee report cardsMonthly Tasks:Create Monthly zero claim quality awardsPSRB MinutesPost PSRB Minutes on Level II BPD BoardsPost weekly Seniority reportAudit of No Blip-JIT to flex chart complianceAs Required:Create file folders, and perform general filingSend FedEx letters to employeesFedEx access must be provided to the Administrative AssistantMonitor and fulfill general stationary supply requirements/requestsProcess all SAP requestsAdministrative Assistant to be set-up as PurchaserMaintain and distribute salaried organizational chartAssist leadership team members, as requiredAssist with and/or complete ILM requirementsFile transportation paperwork (bill of lading)Maintain and utilize GMS/SLT administrative tools to support pull systemsEducation/Experience:High school diploma or GED required.5-7 years of prior office experience requiredMicrosoft proficiency requiredMust have a strong fundamental for filing systemsMust be able to adapt to ongoing projects in the facilityMust be able to walk up to 8 hoursMust be computer literate and able to learn inventory systems
