Job Title: Business Professional - Operations Manager 4 Duration: 6 months Work Location: Plano, TX, USAJob Description: Sr. Manager Program OperationsTop skills: Advanced excel, advance Power Point, Retail OperationsSchedule: Hybrid, 4 days if office, 1 day WFHSummary:The main function of an operations manager is ensuring that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and devises he/she makes for the business's success.Responsibilities: Direct the activities of the various departments in the company and is concerned with pricing, sales, production and distribution of the company's products. Responsible for managing the employees, creating their work schedules and distributing their duties. Determine employment requirements as well as interviews and hires prospective employees. An operations manager also trains the newly hired employees. Manage all the activities that are associated with the production of the products the company offers. Responsible for managing the performance of the employees such as sales promotions, coordinating with different division leads, planning the layout and design of the store, and setting the prices and credit terms, as well as identifies goods and services to be sold. Supervise the remodeling of current the amenities and represent the company during client meetings and negotiations. Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure.Skills: Microsoft office, Word, Excel Excellent organization and mathematical skills Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs a mustEducation/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment 8-10 years of ExperienceKEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:Key Responsibilities:•Manage 3rd party Field team of 300+ for staffing, training, labor management, performance, power point reporting, finance submissions and payment invoices•Manage 3rd party Field team specialty programs that run for short time periods during drive times and holiday periods. Includes funding, staffing, labor management, performance, power point reporting and payment invoices•Manage field team incentive programs, including contracted vendors, create SOP of program, performance metrics, audits and reporting to the executive leaders and field teams•Create and deliver executive level PowerPoint presentations that tell a story on Field Programs success, opportunities and sales enablement initiatives•Work directly with the Finance team on budget availability and management to ensure economic feasibility of the program and ROI•Manage field asset marketing program and printing process through vendor relationships, strategies, communication, performance and executive level reporting on upcoming drive times, in progress work and performance of the program•Manage Field Mapping program and vendor relationship. Provide direction and timelines to vendor including quarterly updates and multi-layer field mapping.•Develop capacity planning for field teams including creation, implementation and reporting of usage and performance impacts•Support national retail meeting events with logistics, tracking, platform support and weekly meetingsQualifications•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience•6+ years experience in retail communications, scheduling, finance, vendor management with the ability to demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas•Advanced proficiency with power point presentations that tell a story of the data and provide executive level insights including improvement plans with next steps•Demonstrated experience working with third party accounts and corporate operations teams•Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work within a large dynamic team and drive end to end planning•Adaptability to move at the pace of retail and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed•High proficiency in Power Point, Word and Excel•Ability to analyze large sets of data and pivot into high level data summaries•Ability to create an operational process from end to end with meticulous step by step instructions•Outstanding written and communications skills, time management, and organization skill•Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
