minimum 4 years of California litigation practice
and active admission to the California Bar . Pay is competitive, at $140,000--$200,000+ depending on experience.We have a significant number of international clients. We expect our team members to be able to work with clients and colleagues who have different cultures and backgrounds.Please email your resume and recent writing sample to [career@consultils.com], and put [Senior Litigation Associate + Your Name] in the subject line of your email.Responsibilities:Litigate and negotiate on behalf of clients in legal proceedingsConduct legal research and analysis to support case strategyDraft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsPrepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trialsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation processCollaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal adviceManage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneouslyStay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulationsRequirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the CA BarMinimum 4 years of California litigation practiceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsMandarin language proficiency preferred but not requiredFirst or second chair trial experience preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with federal litigation preferred but not requiredRecent writing sample requiredCompensation and Benefits:1550 billable hoursCompetitive salary 140K-200K+ (depending on the level of experience)Performance bonus (up to 50% base salary), business development bonus, and other bonuses.Work from anywhere for a month100% covered health insurance401kPaid time off and paid sick leavesHybrid working policyProfessional Development SupportMonthly team-building events, including Hiking, BBQ, Karaoke, etc
