ADP Enterprise HR v5 or v6 payroll processing expertiseSupport US Data Analytics team on ADP reporting (ADPR) on cross-training team members and building new reportsPartner with payroll teams, vendors, and business partners to provide tactical executionIntegration testing and design, specifically structured query reporters (SQR’s), payroll vendor ADP, Payroll Governance, internal business units and technical/functional project teamsSupport outbound / inbound Integrations, data conversions, and key testing processes, including but not limited to; user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing, parallel testing, dry-run cutover, and go-Live cutoverConceptual understanding of the sequence of events, e.g. setup for next cycle, load time data, pay data entry, prepare for transmission, pre-net registers, release to net, etc.TroubleshootSupport year end activities; combination of manually executing SQRs via the panel, knowing which jobs to ask ADP to force-start, and constructing & running SQL queries via a tool such as TOAD or SQL DeveloperProvide Payroll Governance with the ESS calendar (AL_ESS) and Pay Frequency Calendar (PGRPFREQ)Job Requirements
