Computer Systems Analysts
to join our team primarily supporting a United States Department of Defense customer at Pope Army Airfield, NC. The Computer Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing technical, systems, and network administration support across a variety of platforms. The role includes managing data link training systems, maintaining secure network environments, and supporting both classroom and distance learning technologies.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and automation devices to support operationsCreate, maintain, and manage user accounts across NIPR/SIPR and other classified/unclassified networksPerform regular backups, archiving, and restoration of critical data, ensuring data integrity and availabilityProvide setup, configuration, and support for classroom and distance learning systems, including instructor podium software, AV equipment, interactive monitors, and student laptopsManage the Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint solutions, ensuring that course materials and curriculum updates are accessible and properly integratedImplement and monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with encryption requirements and maintaining secure network environmentsAssist in the development and integration of curriculum content with Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) and other learning management platformsRequired QualificationsAssociate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldCompTIA Security+ certification4+ years of experience in systems administration, network management, or IT support in an organization with 100+ usersActive Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearanceExperience with maintaining network and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardwareExperience installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware/software issuesExperience working as a SharePoint developerExperience with web development (HTML, CSS, SQL, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience in a defense contracting or military training environmentKnowledge of Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems or Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) operationsCompany OverviewOps Tech Alliance (OTA) was founded by former National Security and Special Operations professionals with over 100 years of combined experience, and was formed with a singular focus: to bridge the gap between operations and technology to enable mission success.
