flhsmv.gov/careersDuties and ResponsibilitiesThe Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is seeking a Senior Data Base Analyst (Couchbase/SQL Server/Oracle) to join our Technology team! This position will also be the team lead over our new Couch Base database system, as well as UNIX and Linux systems. As a Senior Data Base Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of all database instances and objects on multiple platform environments, including the release process for system and schema changes. The Senior Data Base Analyst will also perform database query analysis, performance, optimization, coordination of stored procedures, and maintaining an appropriate database access layer. In addition, the Senior Data Base Analyst is responsible for database performance, scalability, auditing, replication and database reporting. The Senior Data Base Analyst reports to the SQL Services Data Base Administrator. This position requires exceptional technical, analytical and collaboration skills.
