Technical Analyst 4-Support

Job Duties : Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute. (385.21300)

Minimum Qualifications : Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Technical Analyst-related occupation.

Position Requires:

Defining and setting up backup/recovery of database;

Administration, Installation and tuning of Oracle Databases including RAC and HA technology.

Installation and troubleshooting 12c Oracle Cloud Control, including Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c and DB console.

Troubleshooting Oracle Weblogic Server, http and https, and J2EE and Servlets.

Reading, writing, troubleshooting, and tuning SQL and PL/SQL.

Reading and troubleshooting XML, Perl, and Java.

Operating systems including Linux, AIX, Solaris, HP Unix, and Windows.

Troubleshooting TCPIP, Network and VM.
