Senior Java Application AnalystWhat does a successful Senior Java Application Analyst do at Fiserv?As a successful Senior Java Application Analyst, you will take a high-level strategy and work closely with the business and IT teams to develop an efficient and comprehensive solution to Fiserv's web systems and business service layers that perform well, are flexible, maintainable and compliant with all state and federal regulations.What you will do:Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (architecture and conceptual design, requirements analysis, high level design, detailed design, coding, unit test, integration and system, user and performance level testing).Interface with other technical and development teams to develop solutions to Fiserv's processing systems.What you will need to have:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 5+ years of work experience programming and designing business applications.Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise, full lifecycle solutions using Java, Linux and relational databases.Experience with upgrading old technology stacks to transition to leading technologies.What would be great to have:Proficiency with Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems (especially with Java 8 features).
