Technical Business Systems AnalystWhat does a successful Technical Business Systems Analyst do at Fiserv?As an integral part of our dynamic and innovative team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions. Your expertise in understanding business processes and technical systems will help drive operational efficiency and create exceptional customer experiences.What You Will DoCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and work with product teams, developers, and architects to ensure seamless integrationProvide technical support and guidance to stakeholders, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth system operationsProduce Jira documentation in support of applications including information around relevant data, analytics, and core operational and technical processesEnsure that payment systems comply with industry standards, regulatory mandates, and security best practicesContinuously update and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on feedback and changing business needsInitial troubleshooting of QA and CERT incidents during the testing phaseSupport deployments and perform validations during the deployment phaseFoster effective communication and collaboration within the team, serving as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful project executionWhat You Will Need To Have5+ years of experience in business analysis within a technical environment5+ years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting system analysis, and proposing technical solutions5+ years of experience following Agile methodology using tools such as Jira or ConfluenceExperience working with payment processing systems involving online transaction processing and payment network protocols such as ISO 8583, EMV, and PCI-DSSBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experienceWhat Would Be Great To HaveExperience working with payment acquirers, gateways, processors and related ecosystemsExperience working with credit and debit payment schemes and networksExperience with SQLCertifications in business analysis, such as a CBAP or PMI-PBAImportant Info About This RoleWe’re better together!
