The Vice President Engineering and Design, RBU ATF isresponsible for leading the Regional Business Unit / MarketSegment for Advanced Technologies Facilities in Engineering &Design. Develops strategic approach to the Market Segmentregarding clients, services, and delivery. Provides leadershipto the company in assigned areas that relates to the success ofthe overall enterprise.
Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesLeads a team of Engineering and Design Discipline Directors
Drafts a road map towards a new structure of the Exyteengineering organization across all regions and Business Units
Unifies tools and processes across all regions by means ofsoft leadership, change management and consulting withoperating units
Strengthens engineering competencies on top of a very solidand highly recognized status quo
Anticipates future developments, especially regarding thedigital transformation, and integrate them into an educatedvision for the company to build on and push the market insteadof being pushed
Sets an effective growth strategy, building up theengineering capacity to expand engineering services,engineering quality and internalize all strategic relevantparts of the engineering value chain into the company, but alsoexternalize engineering work which could be done with the samequality, but more cost effective with subcontractors
Sets systems, processes and regional workflows to guaranteethat designs are carried out to the highest possible technicalstandard, according to all sector specific environment and yetin a time and cost efficient way
Disrupts the conventional way of "doing things" with newideas, inspiring visions and appealing concepts and executethem subtly
Focuses on enabling the company for revenue growth withbottom line awareness
Manages the ongoing growth of the organization due torising demand
Assumes accountability for the quality of designs,including inputs and connected processes, as well asestablishing standards and benchmarks for Engineering;
Acts as the highly visible thought leader in engineeringknow-how towards the organization and towards the market,becoming the primary identification point of first classengineering delivered by Exyte

Professional Engineer (PE) License
15 + years of experience
Knows all relevant design production tools;
Great knowledge of coordination and integration ofmulti-disciplinary engineering systems;
Always on top of industry developments, best practices andnew concepts.
Strong self-starter and self-directed characteristics
Ability to properly identify, assess and resolve problemsand/or issues
Exhibits a high sense of personal motivation and urgency
History of developing and sharing best practices
Experienced in developing and maintaining close clientrelationships
Absolute commitment to ethical business standards
Ability to demonstrate collaborative working relationshipswith peers and foster the same with direct reports
