The Associate Designer, I&C participates in a teamenvironment consisting of engineers and designers to produceconstruction documents for the following systems:Instrumentation and Controls, Telecommunications, Fire Alarm,and Security.
Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesAssists in developing technology systems constructiondocuments using architectural background layouts and systemperformance requirements defined by the project team includingthe architect, engineer and project manager
Assists senior staff with services during construction,including responding to RFIs, shop drawing and submittalreview, and as-built drawings
Assists in developing projects in compliance withengineering codes, standards, principles, relevantspecifications and contractual requirements
Assists in the production of construction documents underthe supervision of a Professional Engineer and coordinate withother disciplines
Assists in development of construction drawings,specifications, details, schedules and diagrams for electricaland lighting systems
Participates in interdisciplinary review of projectdeliverables
Other related design services include coordination with thedesigns of other trades (architectural and engineering/internal and external)
Other duties as assigned
