Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in the south west, Minnesota metro. This role is pivotal in the organization and there will be a lot of event coordination potentially over the weekends. Responsibilities: Facilitate daily office operations and administrative tasks. Handle and process customer applications with high precision. Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy at all times. Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as required. Utilize MS Word and MS Excel for data entry and report generation. Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the team. Foster a positive and efficient working environment through effective communication skills. Adhere to all company protocols and guidelines to maintain a high standard of service. Continuously strive to improve processes and efficiency within your role. Requirements Knowledge and proficiency in using MS Word and MS Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Customer service skills to effectively interact with patients and medical staff. Ability to work effectively in a team and individually. Ability to adapt to changing work environment and task requirements. High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
