Job Summary:The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.Organize and maintain files, ensuring confidentiality.Coordinate meetings, including agendas and minutes.Serve as a liaison for communication between the executive team and stakeholders.Arrange travel plans and logistics for events and conferences.Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.Experience:
3+ years in executive-level administrative roles, supporting C-suite executives.Skills:Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Proactive and adaptable to manage multiple tasks.
