include:Act as thought leader corporate-wide, advising cross-functional teams to design solutions that achieve defined strategic objectives furthering MISO's strategyOversee technology product roadmaps by collaborating with stakeholders to identify goals and objectives that deliver on strategyFacilitate, synthesize and sequence strategic inputs that contribute to strategic goals and objectives into long-range roadmapsWork across the portfolio teams to identify dependencies and risk mitigations that optimize the planning and delivery of technology solutionEnsure delivery teams understand vision, key objectives and scope for solutions in the roadmapSupport organization transformation management needsEvaluate and manage the performance of direct reports; including creating development plans that align with individual professional goals and the organizations ongoing needs
To be a successful
Manager, Technology Portfolio
we're looking for the following skills/experiences:8+ years of relevant work experienceA minimum of five years of experience managing teams, employee performance, coaching and mentoringProven experience defining and evaluating technologies, documenting, and managing implementation of multi-year roadmaps that meet organizational strategiesExamples of prioritizing the solutioning of strategic and business needsStrong business acumen and technical depth to engage in problem solving with business and technical teamsBuilding positive relationships through collaboration with other business leaders to build roadmaps that deliver on their needsBachelor's degree in related field; MBA or MS degree (preferred but not required)Aha! roadmap software experience is a plus
