LHH has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in Downtown Pittsburgh. This is a contract to hire role and is great for anyone that has done data entry or administrative work and is looking to get experience with a major company.

Responsibilities:Process tax returnsScanning documents and uploading receiptsProcess mailDocusign requestsEveryday usage of the Microsoft Office ProductsGeneral assistance of the Administrative department from a clerical standpointQualifications:
A background in either data entry or an administrator role is preferredAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsHigh School Diploma
Skills:
A strong level of proficiency in computers as well as various programsHigh level of accuracy while maintaining qualityProblem solving skills
Experience:
One year of experience is required

Contract to hireCompensation:
$24.00 to $25.00 an hour
Work Hours:
Full Time 40 Hours a weekMonday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
