Responsibilities:Entering data into a database system as well as in Excel spreadsheetsCreating customized correspondences with Microsoft WordPrinting and scanning documentsGeneral assistance of the Administrative department from a clerical standpointQualifications:

A background in either data entry or an administrator role is preferredStrong Microsoft Word and Excel skillsHigh School Diploma

Skills:

A strong level of proficiency in computers as well as various programsHigh level of accuracy while maintaining qualityProblem solving skills

Experience:

Two years of experience is required

Contract to hireCompensation:

$19.50 to $20.00 an hour

Work Hours:

Full Time 40 Hours a weekMonday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
