LHH has an immediate opening for a Part Time Administrative Assistant on the east side of Sandusky. This is a long term contract role with the chance to go permanent, its roughly 15 to 20 hours a week and the hours are flexible as long as they are during the first shift.

Responsibilities:Entering data into a database system as well as in Excel spreadsheetsHandling Bills of LadingLight usage of QuickbooksGeneral office assistanceQualifications:

A background in either data entry or an administrator role is preferredStrong organizational skillsHigh School Diploma

Skills:

A strong level of proficiency in computers as well as various programsHigh level of accuracy while maintaining qualityProblem solving skills

Experience:

One year of experience is required

$15.50 to $16.00 an hour

Work Hours:

15 to 20 hours a week hours a weekFirst shift, hours are flexible but anywhere between 8:00am to 5:00pm
