Camerican is seeking an ambitious Junior Accountant who will report to the Controller and is responsible for assisting the Accounting/Finance Department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Post journal entries in the general ledgerReconcile and analyze general ledger accountsResearch inventory cost variancesReview cost reports, gross margin reporting and variance analysisPerform analysis for estimated cost components against actual costAssist with special projects and duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (recent grads are encouraged to apply)1-2 years of related experienceAdvanced Excel skillsStrong work ethic, with capability to work independentlyExcellent communication and organizational skillsSkilled in research and analysisAttention to detail and sense of urgencySelf-driven to meet deadlines and achieve goalsFlexibility to multi-task and adjust to prioritiesOur Benefits
