Administrative Assistant-Service

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company in Tempe. This organization is looking to add an administrative assistant/service coordinator to their team. This job is a fun mix of administrative and accounting tasks. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors regarding service requests and project updates.Coordinate and schedule service calls, ensuring timely and efficient response to customer needs.Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of service activities.Assist in the preparation of project proposals and follow up on outstanding service requests.Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.Support in some manual AP and invoicing process for third party vendorsQualifications:

2+ years experience in a service coordinator or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.Prior accounting experience is a huge plus!Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus.A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering quality service.If you are interested in this, please apply now!

Pay Details:

$50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
