$58,500 - $93,500The CompanyThe Army Resiliency Directorate Training Support (ARD-TS) program delivers resilience and performance enhancement training and education to Soldiers, Family Members, and Civilians.Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for creating and analyzing pre and post event surveys, creating and delivering out briefs of survey data, and summarizing and thematically chunking open-ended comment data.Assists in the identification of key business issues and the design of analytic approaches. Conducts research on identified key business issues. Evaluates and distills analyses conducted by internal and external customers.Assists in developing and utilizing data gathering tools, such as surveys/questionnaires and/or interview questions to ensure that appropriate quantitative and qualitative data is gathered for the analyses. Extracts data for analysis and interpretation.Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses on a broad array of issues across disciplines, projects, and functional areas. Structures and executes analysis independently.Prepares preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or program leadership. Recommends suggested action steps based on the analytic results.Performs database management tasks to include: preparing reports, synthesizing and analyzing results, and highlighting implications of findings. Follows through on any further actions based on the results using sound business judgment.Assists in the development of project proposals, recommendations, implementation plans, communication packages, performance measurement tools, and training materials related to the assigned projects.Creates and analyzes pre and post event surveys, creates and delivers out briefs of survey data, and summarizes and thematically chunks open-ended comment data.Utilizes statistics and statistical analysis packages software such as SPSS, R, SAS, and DOD approved survey administration software (such as Qualtrics).Collects quarterly review data, client feedback questionnaires, training evaluations, program awareness, and program effectiveness feedback, and provides this information as directed.Participates in monthly conference calls and annual training events and provides input into monthly, annual, and quarterly reports.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelors degree in operations research; or a degree with at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, science, or subject-matter courses requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics.2+ years of experience in operations research.Proficiency in statistics and statistical analysis packages software such as SPSS, R, SAS, and DOD approved survey administration software (such as Qualtrics).Experience with all Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.Possess strong expertise in MS Excel and relational databases such as MS Access and other database management (MS SQL) and reporting tools.Possess strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.Works under time pressure and rapidly for long periods to meet deadlines.Must speak, read, understand, and write English fluently.How to apply?Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume by following the apply link.
