Cass Calder Smith Architecture + Interiors is growing, and we are looking for the right candidates to be a part of our talented team. Currently, we are in need of a Project Architect with 5-8 years of experience at our New York office.The firm is known for creating award-winning commercial, residential, and hospitality projects that span the past thirty years. We are working domestically and internationally from the Bay Area to New York and the Wine Country to the Middle East. The projects range from residences to restaurants, casinos to mixed-use developments, and hotels to showrooms. Our goal is to make the buildings and spaces we create relevant, attractive, functional, and timeless.Cass Calder Smith is made up of a diverse team, each with unique architectural and design experience. Masters Degree in Architecture5-8 years of proven experience in all phases of the design process: conceptual, detail and design development, construction documents, construction administration, site supervisionExcellent AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills3D modeling skills/sketch upExcellent technical drafting and detailing abilitiesHighly developed skills in client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, construction administrationKnowledge of local building codesFluency in written and spoken EnglishHands-on approachAbility to start within 2 weeksPC platformFull timeExperience in hospitality/restaurants is a plusBenefits Package:
