Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Functional & Technical Analyst with expertise in Dynamics AX 2012 to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring that our ERP system is effectively utilized to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. To thrive in this role, you should be action-oriented and adept at delivering processes, solutions, and projects.

Essential Functions:

Functional Analysis:

Learn/understand Jayco Dynamics AX 2012 R3 application environment. Gain understanding of customizations used by Jayco. Become familiar with ISV solutions integrated with AX.

Identify the need for customizations or enhancements within AX. Consult with end users to gather requirements and collaborate with developer(s) to bring them to fruition.

Work with end users to resolve AX helpdesk tickets escalated by Tier 1 helpdesk technicians. This requires complex troubleshooting and/or working with 3 rd

party consultants for resolution.

Technical Expertise:

Ensure system integrity. This includes master data, system functionality, uptime, etc. Make sure any changes to the AX environment are performed in accordance with Jayco procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AX functionality, ISV integrated applications, and other business applications.

Work with SQL Server to run queries and manage data as required.

System Implementation & Support:

Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.

Provide user training and support, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities.

Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations and processes.

Project Management:

Lead or participate in projects as outlined on the Jayco roadmap. This may include system enhancements, upgrades, new application deployment, integrations, etc.

Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and third-party service providers as needed.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in one of these areas: Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

Strong understanding of ERP systems. AX 2012 experience preferred but demonstrated knowledge of other major ERP will be considered (NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, Syteline).

Minimum of 5 years in an Analyst role within a manufacturing environment.

Previous experience working for a publicly held company operating under Sarbanes Oxley (SOX). Familiarity with annual audits and adherence to IT General Controls (ITGCs).

Knowledge of MSSQL Server with ability to write queries or stored procedures.

Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI and SSRS.

Necessary Skills/Abilities:

Experience supporting internal customers across all areas of an organization.

Excellent written and communications skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet weekly deliverables.

Enjoy fast-paced, team oriented environment.

Work Requirements:

Driver’s License.

Ability to lift 30 pounds.
