Project Manager and Governance Lead, Enterprise Architecture
We are looking for a seasoned project manager with governance background to oversee the governance and project delivery for enterprise architecture function. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of our architecture across the organization, architecture governance, as well as managing the project intake and tracking for enterprise architecture deliverables. Manager, office of architecture will manage a team of engineers and analysts and collaborate with other stakeholders within EA and GTBS.Responsibilities
Create, refine, and execute the internal processes of the enterprise architecture function, such as architecture reviews, standards, policies, and procedures.Facilitate architecture review board to review new tools technologies and standards introduced.Support the creation, delivery, and management of architecture operations processes, governance, and metrics/reporting.Execute and report on architecture metrics including total cost of ownership for all applications within the organization.Manage Application portfolio (APM) and application lifecycle.Build and manage project intake process for all EA deliverables and light house project engagement.Facilitate, tracking and reporting of deliverables for all EA functions.Manage the financials of the enterprise architecture function, such as budget, project credits and IaaS spend.Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, such as business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners, to ensure the alignment and integration of enterprise architecture with business needs and requirements.Provide guidance and direction to the direct reports and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Communicate and present the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and results to senior management and other audiences, and solicit feedback and input.Benefits and Perks

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.7+ years of experience in project management, IT governance, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful and sustainable solutions.3+ years of experience in managing and leading teams, projects, and initiatives, in a complex and dynamic environment.Strong knowledge and understanding of IT concepts, frameworks, and methodologies.Experience in managing project deliverables and financials, such as budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risks.Experience in working with various stakeholders in a large organization and ability to influence others.Strong communication and presentation skills.
