Position Responsibilities

Degree: Bachelors in Engineering or Technical DisciplineYears of Experience: 5+ yearsThe qualified candidate must have experience in all areas of the design cycle. Bid and proposal support is preferred. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Demonstrated track record supporting design solutions for various Department of Defense (DoD) and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) requirements.Previous experience leading a technical team, demonstrating strong organization skills and technical proficiency.Possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, managers, and peers within company and customers.Proven experience in developing and documenting proposed architectures for highly complex DoD and OGA requirements.Demonstrated success in creating/maintaining relationships with senior internal and external business leaders and customers.Experience with forming winning industry partnerships based on analysis of solution requirements, customer knowledge, and JFTI internal capabilities.
Salary Range : 160K - 200K and will commensurate with experienceFull-Time/Part-Time : Full-TimeLevel of Clearance Required : SecretAmount of Travel : 5%-15%About the Organization
