Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Human Resources Manager, Sr. to work out of El Segundo, CA.

*Position is contingent upon award of contract*

Pay:

$87,000-$97,000

Essential Duties:

This position manages, supervises, administers, advise on, and delivers human resources management products or services.

Required Qualifications:15 years of experience in Department of Defense Human Resources and Information Technology (NRO, NSA, and/or NGA experience acceptable)Experience performing civilian and military personnel management and administrative operations support activities; including specifically the areas of: Civilian Human Resource Management, Military & Civilian Manpower Management, and Information Management/Operations Support within the government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit/non-profit government support/development contractor arena, of which five years shall include duties/assignments specifically in support of Air Force programsProficient in MS office

Education:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Required Clearance:

Top Secret with SCI eligibility
