The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on process improvement and scalability.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping, recordkeeping, and general ledger maintenance for personal entities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ad-hoc reports.Perform bank reconciliations, manage cash movements, and oversee insurance coverage.Manage accounts payable and related documentation.Implement process improvements and manage chart of accounts.Assist with property and vendor management, including 1099 preparation.Maintain confidentiality and discretion.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.Family office accounting experience required.Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise.Advanced Excel skills required.Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.CPA preferred but not required.Benefits:
