Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a positive & upbeat individual to work in our Sales BDC (Business Development Call Center). Individuals who are hard- working and want to join a great team of representatives to create and drive traffic into the dealership.
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls/emails efficiently and professionally
Make outgoing follow-up calls throughout the buying cycle
Schedule and confirm sales appointments
Learn and utilize dealership programs for tracking, notes, etc.
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to read a script and overcome objections
Ability to sit in front of a computer and on the phone for long periods of time
Computer/tech savvy
Multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail
Team player
Self-motivated and Goal-oriented
Call Center experience preferred
Sales experience preferred
No drama positive attitude
