Corporate Controller

Seeking an experienced Corporate Controller with manufacturing industry experience.*Strong personnel leadership and process management experience required* (automation, process improvement, efficiency gain, cost reduction).Responsible for all finance functions of the Company including recommending and implementing financial information reporting systems, cash flows, earnings, assets, liabilities, stockholders' equity, and other financial results.Finance functions include payroll, general accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, fixed asset accounting, business tax accounting, customer credit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and internal auditing, and more.Key Responsibilities:Develop, enforce, and oversee adherence to accounting and payroll guidelines.Enhance the productivity of the Finance team through training, motivation, and clear goal-setting.Prepare comprehensive accounting ledgers, plant and corporate reports, and other financial documents.Ensure accurate classification of all expenditures, including capital investments.Review and refine inventory control and reporting processes to maintain precise inventory records and manufacturing cost data.Generate timely departmental reports.Liaise with independent auditors and tax auditors.
