Responsibilities:Oversee the production of financial reports.Maintain a system of accounting records.Implement and manage a comprehensive set of controls and budgets.Supervise the financial reporting staff.Assist in the oversight of all accounting transactions and processes.Play an integral role in the planning and preparation of the annual company budget.Assist with the preparation of periodic financial forecasts for Senior Management, the Board, and the Bank.Evaluate new technology and software applications to meet the organization's financial data processing, control, and reporting needs.Collaborate with IT on software upgrades and implement enhancements to improve efficiencies in the finance area.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance with at least four years of accounting and/or finance experienceUnderstanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial statement preparation
