Position Summary

The Honors College is requesting an external non-competitive part-time position. Responsibilities include, but limited to the following:

- Working on special assignments, some of which may be confidential in nature.

- Gathering, entering, and updating data to maintain departmental records and databases as needed.

- Providing and coordinating staff and office support.

- Coordinating special events.

- May serve on a variety of academic committees in a support capacity.

- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred QualificationsExcellentoral and written communication skills to create correspondence and reportsExceptional customer services skills andorganizational skillsAccurateand detail-oriented data entry experienceStrongskills using MS Office, Outlook Calendar, and video conference software (i.e.Zoom, Teams, etc)
