How will you make an impact?
The Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler II will generate supply plan to fulfill requirements of the demand plan. They will work with the manufacturing and procurement teams across all value streams to ensure supply is available to meet demand requirements within the planning horizon using ERP systems. The role is also responsible for deploying new process changes, templates, work on projects with other functions to account for organizational changes, etc.
What will you do?
Ensure supply plans enable achieving required product availability goals.
Responsible for successful implementation and maintenance of supply planning processes and initiatives across regions, business units and product groups.
Influence and collaborate with key partners in procurement, marketing, sales and finance, and site-wide operations groups.
Support the development of key performance indicator results and maintain at target to support the supply / demand consensus.
Understand and highlight capacity constraints and work collaboratively with manufacturing teams on resolution across regional manufacturing sites.
Coordinate between planning and manufacturing teams to achieve schedule attainment demands, based on constraints within supply, capacity, equipment or other aspects of operations.
Education
Bachelor degree or Associate degree is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience
3 years in Supply Chain / Planning with degree is preferred, or 4 years in lieu of degree.
1 to 2 years experience working in a regulated CGMP manufacturing plant (preferably Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences industries)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Knowledge of inventory control techniques, confirmed understanding and application of planning functions related to Capacity Planning (CPS), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and interfacing systems (i.e., QA, Forecasting).
Proven track record in leading multiple tasks within tight time frames.
Experience using an ERP System, E1 preferred.
MS Office experience specifically excel.
Strong balance of analytical skills and action orientation, combined with practical eye for business to drive sustaining results with intensity.
Influential, personable, and data-driven, especially with decision-makers and operational teams.
To work independently, typically initiating own tasks with input/mentorship from manager. Ability to work well in a global organization within Operations and with external clients.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $66,000.00–$100,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
