Interim Nurse Manager L&D Needed in California Healthcare System
The PositionAn Interim Nurse Manager L&D is needed to provide leadership and support for the assigned unit.This role will report directly to the Director of Nursing.The Nurse Manager will have responsibility for all clinical, staffing, quality, and financial management for the unit. They will ensure an effective patient care delivery system that complies with standards of practice and organizational initiatives.The role includes implementing strategies, processes, and standards to enhance operational and financial efficiency, quality of care, patient safety, and workforce and patient satisfaction.The ideal leader will have experience in managing similar units, with strong skills in clinical oversight, staff management, and interdepartmental collaboration.Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.Requirements
Active RN license required.Bachelor's degree required.Previous experience in healthcare and management in a Labor and Delivery unit is required.The Community

Compensation Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually.The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
