Pre-Construction Administrative AssistantLHH is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our pre-construction team. This role will assist with document preparation, communication, scheduling, and tracking pre-construction activities, ensuring projects are on schedule and compliant with regulations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and organize pre-construction documents (RFIs, contracts, permits, etc.)
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, assisting with meeting coordination and follow-up
Help coordinate project meetings, site visits, and material deliveries
Assist with tracking project budgets and managing change orders
Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are in place before project start
Provide general office support, including data entry, filing, and report preparation
Qualifications:
2+ years in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a related field
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software preferred
High school diploma required; degree or certification in construction management a plus

Pay Details:
$43,600.00 to $49,000.00 per year
