We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and the implementation of effective program management practices within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with program managers and project teams to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects and initiatives.

Support the development of project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

Assist in tracking project milestones, tasks, and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.

Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders, helping to ensure alignment and visibility.

Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues, supporting the implementation of appropriate solutions.

Assist in the documentation of project processes, guidelines, and best practices to improve program management efficiency.

Learn and use project management tools and software to assist in managing project documentation, communication, and reporting.

Collaborate with team members to gather data and insights for performance reporting and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Interest in project management methodologies and a willingness to learn about program management principles.

Basic understanding of project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to assist in identifying and resolving project-related challenges.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of project initiatives.

Previous coursework, projects, or internships related to program or project management is advantageous.

Duration

This internship position is a 10-week program, starting May 2025. The exact duration can be discussed during the interview process.

Location

The internship will be based at our Carol Stream office.
