Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the Cruise Missile Support Activity Pacific of CRUISE MISSILE SUPPORT ACTIVITY PACIFIC. Responsibilities You will assist Lead Administrative Officer with command-wide personnel and Human Resource (HR) management, assuming primary responsibilities during Lead absence. You will provide advice and assistance to managers and supervisors on complex personnel management matters involving staffing, recruitment, and placement actions. You will have a clear understanding of component objectives, contributing to and managing logistics plans for specific projects or events in support of customer requirements. You will serve as liaison for management/employee relations, labor employee relations, training and development, workers compensation, and employee benefit actions. You will provide financial analyst support for financial matters (financial management, execution, budgeting, accounting, contracting, auditing, reporting) are in accordance with applicable policies, requirements, standards, and procedures. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing guidance on personnel actions, organizational structures, and position management. Monitoring, coordinating and recommending organization position structures to achieve balance between economy, efficiency, skills, utilization and employee development. Maintaining accountable property program by acquisition, disposition of accountable property and property inventories are accurate and current. Analyzing and assessing the effectiveness of management/employee relations and training. Providing financial analyst support such as: financial management, execution, budgeting, accounting, contracting, auditing, reporting in accordance with all applicable policies, requirements, standards, and procedures. GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing advice and assistance to managers and supervisors personnel management matters involving staffing, recruitment, and placement. Maintaining property inventories are accurate and current. Monitoring performance/award program and assisting management with understanding procedures and requirements.
